God's Attitude toward the "Supreme Beings" of the Nations by Sandy Simpson
It is quite clear from Scripture that YHWH does NOT consider the "supreme beings" of the nations to be Himself, the One True God. This is in opposition to the teachings of Don Richardson, Daniel Kikawa, Richard Twiss and many others promoting the World Christian Gathering of Indigenous People movement, Emergent Church and Liberal theologies. I have proven this time and time again in my articles on the subject but I am going to consolidate the information from the Bible in this article by studying the false gods named in the Bible. I am sure I will not be able to cover every instance of supreme beings mentioned in the Bible but I (1) want to deal with some of the major ones (2) show you where they are found in the Word, and (3) prove that they were the "supreme beings" of those nations named by the patriarchs, prophets and Apostles and that they were not monotheistic gods but polytheistic in the tradition of Babel where the false religion of polytheism first took root through the worship of Nimrod and Semiramis.

by Crossroad, 11/15/15 This chart is an attempt to answer those who judge Christians by the atrocities committed in the name of "Christianity" through the ages -- including our own times. Those wars, persecutions, and cruelties had little to do with Biblical Christianity. They had everything to do with man's greedy, power-hungry human nature which seeks its own ways rather than God's. The ungodly expressions of our human nature may change from culture to culture, but the result is usually the same: the people imagine a god that fits their new cultural wants and values, and they learn to see this distortion of Christianity as the true church. Biblical Christianity means being joined to Jesus Christ through faith in what He did for us at the cross, then allowing Him to live His life through us, so that others might know Him and see His love. (That love may include sharing His warnings as well as His promises with those in need.) The established Church, like Old Testament Israel, has always tended to drift away from its devotion to God and become just other institutions, subject to the same human impulses and painful consequences as the rest of the world. Please don't blame human evils on a "straw-man" or a convenient cultural distortion of Christianity. Consider some of the differences between Biblical faith and today's cultural deviations. The King and Queen of the New Religious Order

by Jackie Alnor, 11/16/15 One thing is for sure, Francis and Oprah are doing the work of the spirit of antichrist by convoluting the teaching of the Word of God, the Bible. Their message for change is an attack on Truth. Time will tell if Oprah is the one to set the stage or if Francis will be chosen as point man to herald the global leader, the man of sin, and cause all to follow after the Antichrist.

Imam, Rabbi And Pastor Join Hands In Powerful Display Of Unity |
at Understand The Times, 11/19/15
The November 13 terrorist attacks in Paris has left the world reeling. Once again, religion is at the crux of a tragedy that has threatened to tear the global community apart. But in Bethesda, Maryland, Muslim, Jewish and Christian leaders stood together over the weekend to share a message of solidarity. Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church hosted an interfaith service on Sunday joined by members of the Bethesda Jewish Congregation and the Islamic Community Center of Potomac Dr. Tarek Elgawhary of the ICCP, Rabbi Schnitzer of BJC and Pastor David Gray of BHPC lead the congregation through a conversation entitled, "The Pitfalls and Promise of Fear in Our Traditions and World." "Today we lift up the ashes of our loss," said Schnitzer during the service. "The lives that continue, haunted forever by the pain of absence, we lift up the ashes of our remorse. For the charred visions of peace and the dry taste of fear, we lift up the ashes of our grief." The service included music and readings from Christian, Jewish and Islamic traditions, followed by a shared meal for all those in attendance. Breaking bread together "further created a sense of community among people who experience the sacred in different ways but also who share much in common," Gray told The Huffington Post. With Sunday's service, the religious leaders joined countless others around the globe who are calling for peace in the midst of such unrest.

Mike Bickle tells the IHOP-KC students, "I know that I know the value of genuine manifestations. The real. Again I've seen, and I've had it happen to me, people thrashed around, I've seen people thrown against walls, and across rooms. I've seen a lot of fake, but I've seen a lot of real." (5:15 in video) Incredibly, Mike Bickle says he does not allow fake manifestations of the Holy Spirit up on the platform, but "I will allow the fake in the room because I so believe in the genuine." (6:25) What?
