 God's Attitude toward the "Supreme Beings" of the Nations by Sandy Simpson
It is quite clear from Scripture that YHWH does NOT consider the "supreme beings" of the nations to be Himself, the One True God. This is in opposition to the teachings of Don Richardson, Daniel Kikawa, Richard Twiss and many others promoting the World Christian Gathering of Indigenous People movement, Emergent Church and Liberal theologies. I have proven this time and time again in my articles on the subject but I am going to consolidate the information from the Bible in this article by studying the false gods named in the Bible. I am sure I will not be able to cover every instance of supreme beings mentioned in the Bible but I (1) want to deal with some of the major ones (2) show you where they are found in the Word, and (3) prove that they were the "supreme beings" of those nations named by the patriarchs, prophets and Apostles and that they were not monotheistic gods but polytheistic in the tradition of Babel where the false religion of polytheism first took root through the worship of Nimrod and Semiramis.

A Spiritual war wages all around us, and Satan is a master planner, he constantly feeds the world false information about himself and of Christ, their only means of escape. Many people dismiss his existence. Some see Satan as a mythical invention and stay completely unaware of his plans. The Bahá'í 's do not believe Satan exists, the devil is a metaphor for man's base nature. Charles Fillmore of Unity church said the Devil is a state of consciousness adverse to the divine good. The Devil is overcome by denying his existence. Mason's see Lucifer got a bad rap and that he is good and that they need to learn to use his energy. So they do not see the need to resist him not consider his deceptions in their lives. They have no clue what is coming to this world.Click here to read this article!

IHOP-KC's Mike Bickle-powerful evangelist for contemplative prayer

According to International House of Prayer founder Mike Bickle, "God is calling everyone. Everyone in the Body of Christ is called to live in the contemplative lifestyle-everyone.'" Is Bickle's promotion of contemplative prayer a problem? Very much so. Ray Yungen, author of A Time of Departing, warns, "Contemplative prayer is presenting a way to God identical with all the world's mystical traditions. Christians are haplessly lulled into it by the emphasis on seeking the Kingdom of God and greater piety, yet the apostle Paul described the church's end-times apostasy in the context of a mystical seduction. If this practice doesn't fit that description, I don't know what does." Contemplative prayer is essentially the same thing as New Age or Eastern meditation, but is dressed up with Christian language and terminology.

| Should Christians Expose Error? |

Objection is often raised-even by some sound in the faith-regarding the exposure of error as being entirely negative and of no real edification. Of late, the hue and cry has been against any and all negative teaching. But the brethren who assume this attitude forget that a large part of the New Testament, both of the teaching of our blessed Lord Himself and the writings of the apostles, is made up of this very character of ministry-namely, showing the Satanic origin and, therefore, the unsettling results of the propagation of erroneous systems which Peter, in his second epistle, so definitely refers to as "damnable heresies."

Imagine the world with no rules, accountability, or consequences for evil actions? This image is one where people take a life with no remorse. It is a place where life savings are greedily stolen, women and children are abandoned, and even basic respect that was afforded to a mother and father is absent. This place of our worst imaginings is one fraught with lawless, heartless, and treacherous people who are concerned with no one but themselves. That would be a world where the concept of love is foreign, while brutality, slander, and darkness become the norm. This is not a description of total societal, economic, or geopolitical breakdown sometime in the distant future. It is an accurate analysis of condition of our world at this moment. This is how a majority of people are living life. These are the direct results of one fact: Godlessness is reaching epidemic proportions.
