When carnal desires to sin, including following false teachers (James 1:13-16), has grown to full flower this can cause a Christian to shipwreck his faith (1 Tim. 1:19).It is our hope that this book will inspire many believers to fight the good fight, finish the race, and keep the faith (2 Tim. 4:7).

The false doctrines of Bethel church are well documented. Word of faith heresy, prosperity gospel, dominion theology and mysticism are part and parcel of Bethel's "gospel" Bill Johnson & co claim to be agents for heaven invading earth; however the only invasion they are facilitating is that of false teaching in the visible church. We examine the fruits of the Bethel School Of Supernatural Ministry based on an a testimony from a BSSM student which was published on the BSSM official school planting page.

| Getting wasted with the Holy Spirit at Bethel Redding |

When I recently attended the Firestarters adult Sunday School class at Bethel Church in Redding, California, I was shocked by the teacher's announcement at the start of the class. "There are only three rules in this class. Rule 1: Get drunk. Rule 2: Stay drunk. Rule 3: Get other people drunk." Those are not exactly words you expect to hear at a church. Yet the encouragement to "get drunk" was a theme that ran through the entire two-hour class. "Let's get drunk. Let's enjoy ourselves," the teacher said. He also told the students, who were standing at the time, to hold out their hands in the air in front of their bodies to form the outline of imaginary, huge bottles of "heavenly wine," then pretend to chug from them. Many of the students responded gleefully to the teacher's directions. They acted as if they were actually drunk - laughing uncontrollably, staggering, and some even falling down. One middle-aged woman, at a table near mine, lay back in her chair, as if passed out, for much of the class.

| Identifying New Apostolic Reformation churches in your city |

After I speak about the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and its dangers, a question I'm often asked is, "Do you think there are any NAR churches where I live?" My answer is "Almost certainly. Churches that hold to NAR beliefs can be found in pretty much every city and town." The next question is, "How do I know which churches those are?" That's a very good question since most NAR churches don't put the words "New Apostolic Reformation" on their street sign or website. So how are you supposed to know if they're part of NAR? Here are five tips to help you locate NAR churches your area. Keep in mind that some of these churches have formally joined an "apostolic network"-that is, a network of churches that's governed by an apostle or group of apostles. These are typically hardcore NAR churches, and may be easier to identify. Yet many other churches have come under significant NAR influence, even though they have not formally joined an apostolic network. These churches may be part of a Pentecostal denomination, such as the Assemblies of God or Foursquare Church. Or they may be independent charismatic churches that are not affiliated with any denomination. These tips will help you locate those NAR-influenced churches, too.
